Tomáš Korauš
Director of Structured finance department
Tomáš as Director of Structured Finance and responsible for M & A transactions took over the Match'it project in 2018 to complete its implementation. The platform meets all the necessary attributes to be included in a group of innovative projects that have the potential and ambition to extend CSOB's corporate banking offer. Tomáš is responsible for structured banking, such as project financing, acquisition financing, syndicated transactions, risk participation or advisory services in the form of the subsidiary ČSOB Advisory. During his 14-year career he has worked in various areas of banking and has wide international experience. He is a graduate of the University of Economics in Bratislava, also studied in France at the Université de Paul Valéry in Montpellier and holds academic degrees PhD and MBA.
Jozef Paštrnák
Head of Match'it
Jozef has been working in corporate banking in ČSOB for 10 years and his analytical and business background uses further in the field of M&A. During his career, he has worked in the area of bank financing with a wide portfolio of corporate clients in all industries from smaller companies to the largest multinational groups. As a fan of innovations, he is very enthusiastic about the idea of an online M&A platform since the beginning. He is a graduate of the University of Economics in Bratislava in the field of Corporate finance.
